What we collect
When you sign in or register, we may collect your name, email address, profile photo, country team, team name, and the relatives who are joining you. A household organizer may provide an optional email address for an accompanying relative so that person can securely claim their own access. Optional profile details include your city, a short biography, and family-tree connections.
How we use it
Reunion organizers use this information to review admission requests, plan attendance and accommodations, manage games, and help approved relatives recognize and reconnect with one another.
Who can see it
The reunion hub is intended for approved Swaby family members and staff. Staff can review registration and contact information. Approved relatives can see the family content you choose to share, including gallery posts and family-tree details when you opt in.
Google sign-in
If you continue with Google, Google provides your basic profile information—your name, email address, and profile photo—to create or match your reunion account. The hub does not ask for access to your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or messages.
Photos, videos, and comments
Approved members can share reunion photos, short videos, likes, and comments. Only share media you are comfortable showing to the approved family group.
Your choices
You can choose whether to appear in the family tree. To correct your information or request removal of your account or contributed content, contact the organizer at anthony@miamirebel.com.
Security and retention
Access is protected by verified sign-in and staff-approved household records. Household access links are sent only to the email address recorded for that relative, and the request screen does not reveal whether an address is on the family list. We keep reunion information only as long as it is useful for organizing the event, preserving the family archive, or meeting legitimate administrative needs.
